The Holland Project is an all-ages arts and music initiative by young people, for young people, in the Truckee Meadows. Holland Project’s aim is four-pronged: 1.) art access; 2.) music access; 3.) diverse workshop & skill-building opportunities; and 4.) community engagement & collaboration. Holland focuses on executing live music events monthly, curating gallery exhibits, hosting unique and affordable workshops, and presenting special events and city-wide collaborations.
Holland is a non-profit, volunteer-driven organization that produces more than 250 all-ages events annually in the Reno area. Governed by its members, volunteer boards, and our committees, Holland seeks to propel Reno’s all-ages movement, and wholeheartedly support and champion opportunities for young people in our community.
Holland Project hopes to further identify Reno as a cultural center with a vibrant urban scene where art and music thrive. Holland fundamentally believes that music and art are vital forces and that young people have the ability and right to shape and share their culture. All-ages events and opportunities are an important part of any healthy and happening community, and we’re proud to work to present all-ages offerings.
